WTB: Liberty 4GEN 3.0RB Manual

Hi all,

I’m on the hunt for a Subaru Liberty 3.0R Spec.B with a 6-speed manual. Ideally after a sedan or wagon in good condition, and preferably located in Victoria, though I’m open to interstate for the right car.

What I’m looking for:
• Liberty 3.0R Spec.B (BL or BP Gen)
• Manual only
• Under 290,000 km if possible
• Stock or lightly modified
• Good mechanical condition and tidy interior/exterior
• Service history preferred
• Budget up to $12,000

About me:

I previously owned a 2005 Liberty 3.0RB (6MT) and it remains one of my favourite cars to date. I’ve had a range of performance and enthusiast vehicles over the years including:
• 2008 Subaru WRX (5MT)
• 2015 Subaru WRX (6MT)
• 2017 Subaru BRZ (6MT)
• E36 M3
• Honda S2000
• RX8
• Golf R32
• Audi S3
• Falcon XR6 Turbo

Despite all that, I keep getting drawn back to Subaru — there’s just something about the 3.0RB’s balance, naturally aspirated character, and grand touring feel that really resonates.
