Blitzen alloy wheel(s) wanted

It is not too badly damaged, I am using it now. Subaru wants $1000 for a new one but the guys at Advanced Alloys want $385 to repair it. They told me that the blitzen wheel has a black layer of paint below the silver so the whole wheel has to be repainted.
