I am having a slight engine knock (Loud when starting then immediately goes away.)
had turbo problems, replaced it, now having engine knocking and car seems a bit hesitant reving above 2k

Anyone able to help provide me options on what i should do?

EJ207 short block replacement is about $5-6k drive in/drive out and is the best fix for what ails you.
Needs a retune because of the lower compression, but is a stronger better engine.

As I mentioned on your other post I can source a s/h prefl GT long motor for $1250, all accs, headers, no turbo.
