do you realize the sti mufflers are the same as the standard muffler but with twin tips save some coin and get a muffler shop to convert your mufflers to twin tips

I know a few of the guys are running Hi-Tech quad tips. They do look the goods. Note out of them is also pretty nice.

I know that are not cheap, but willing to bet they will be cheaper then the STI ones.

the front bar is a specB standard, i havent added any extra lip.. would the sti lip still fit?

hmm i like the Hi-tech mufflers option, has anyone on this forum used them, cause the STI mufflers are way too overpriced and i dont see it worth the cost..

No, we don't like loud exhaust sounds here on this forum.

Haha. No seriously, there are quite a number of people who have gone the HiTech way. Just do a search.

Haha.. true, true..

Agree with the "you want quad tips, just change the tips" call above, why go hi-tech?

Ive got Hi-tech Quads on mine with 3" zorst cat back... Im very happy with the sound, its got that rumble and growl when you put your foot down, but still reasonably quiet at cruise....

PM NoOzL47. He has the Hi-Tech quad tips of his NA 2.5. Pretty good note & not what I would consider overly loud.

As Arith (Jim) mentioned, a lot of people have gone with the Hi-Tech's & have been very happy.

Adam whats your budget?

I would say come to one of the meets hear a few exhaust set ups, then choose your weapon of choice.

Dont rely on anyones advice or suggestions when it comes to exhaust, listen and decide for yourself as you will be stuck with it.

Phil.
