Spend the extra money and get the Sti short shifter - well worth it

I haven't seen anyone else with that view - there's lots of love for the cobb shifter, but I can't see how they'd be much different?

Also when you're doing the short shifter, you should also do the bushings for the gearchange and possibly the gearbox mount, and *definately* the pitch stop mount.

If you only did one of these mods, pitch stop mount would be the first, then short shift, then bushings, then gearbox mount.

Aye I've got kartboy bushings in already because my old ones were well gone - will look into the pitch stop/gearbox mount too then !

Trying to look for a short shifter that doesn't reduce stick height, kinda like the height of it atm so seems like I'll probably go for the cobb short shifter unless something more appealing pops up

I have fitted a GRB sti short shifter onto a H6 Liberty and it feels a lot better, it cost him $350 to buy the whole shifter assembly.
