replaced the lines in the black box of doom, figured id give the solenoids a squirt whilst i had it apart. now a couple arent clicking and i have no secondary. arm connected to the intercooler aint cycling. so now im chasing the whole box or single solenoids to swap in. any help appreciated.

spray the solenoids from all three directions with the green diagnostic plugs connected and IGN to ON.
use upper engine cleaner

thats what i did originally with carby cleaner on the weekend. keep hitting it you reckon?

should they all make audible clicks?

Late last year i got 1 from a wrecker on ebay for $100.Sorry dont remember which 1 though,just search wrecking liberty.

got one coming from uk. a nutbeam refurb from ukleagcy, dude wanted 10 pounds. 18 bucks. the shipping is crippling at 40 pounds. so itll work out to be a hundred.


got primary back to 8psi. got some solid leaks at the inlet to both turbos and intercooler to secondary . silicone on the way from china so we will see how that goes
