Front Grill - upgrade

Postby pacelino » Fri Apr 11, 2008 2:11 pm

gidday, I'm over in Auckland New Zealand...but any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm looking for a second hand RBS or RFRB front grill (or any other nice afer-market grill)
My subby is a 2001 legacy wagon TS-R 2.0litre non turbo - in black.
I'm not too sure how that translates into the models in Australia...other than it's obviously a Liberty.

I'd like to get a front grill thats either black or silver.

Any help, suggestions most welcomed!

I can't find a site like this in NZ...it's great!!

cheers!

Subaru Model

Hi Ric,

Not exaclty. I've found a couple of photos (links) that show my model.

This is a white model: with aftermarket alloys - apart from that it's exactly the same as mine.

this blue one is the same as mine (with same, standard TS-R alloys) but it has a nice grill on it...not standard. I'd be happy with this kind of grill.

Basically I just want a recessed grill - with no badge.

Any help would ge greatly appreciated.

The TS-R is basically a GX with alloy wheels. I think it was called a GX-Limited here.

thanks guys - appreciate your input.
Just to clarify - my TS-R is non turbo. 5 spd manual.

I don't know how to paste an image/ photo into this site...otherwise I could just attach a couple of photos...

I don't think there were different front bumper bars differences with the gen3 Liberty here. Only difference is with pre- and post-facelift, and I'm not sure if the grille is any different.
