WTB: Headlight Chrome Washer Covers

I wondered why my LHS Headlight washer didn't pop out. Turns out that it was glued in there. During the process of finding that out, the chrome cover was broken.
Today, i realised that the RHS one is now also missing. I'm wondering if some kind soul had noticed the asymmetry and decided to relieve me of the Drivers side one to fix my problem.
Anyway, so now i'm on the hunt for both sides and possibly the clips in behind them too.
Is there one being wrecked that anyone knows of or an aftermarket alternative?
Thanks.

How do you make them pop out?

They are activated when you hit the windscreen spray with headlights on I think.. And if you're going 80k+ they decide to fly like a bird in the sky

These are REALLY hard to find. Actually, just finding another Liberty with HIDs is hard. Are they GT only? GTB only? Optional extra from factory on any model?

All models with HID headlights.
Including but not limited to GT, GTB and 3RB.. Would have to confirm which other models may have them.. Maybe some premiums? Have you enquired with Subaru about replacements? If I were you I'd replace them then disconnect them so they it doesn't happen again

Disconnecting won't help the previous owner gluing them or someone pulling them off.
Yeah, Subi want over $500 for both sides.
I've been looking at the Outback of the same era and the headlights look very similar. Wonder if they're the same part #s. Might ask my mechanic to chase that one up.

I'm not really sure where this thread is going...
You go to your local Subaru parts place and say "I want 2 chrome HID washer covers".
Then you hand over your $200 and you go home and stick them on.
People glue them on/deactivate the motor so that they don't fly off and have to repeat this process.
They serve no purpose and are only on the car to comply with ADR regulations.
