I have a dent in one of my rims and I'm guessing that the cost of repair might be more than the cost of replacement. Sadly, I only found out about the dent when I went to use the spare tyre and it wasn't staying inflated - the joys of buying a second-hand car.
So, if anyone has a spare 7-spoke alloy, please let me know.
They look like the one below.
cheers,
bj

Did you get the car checked out before you bought it? Or did you do a proper check?
They do pop up on ebay from time to time.
This guy says he has one wheel from the pre facelift 3.0rb. Maybe shoot him an email?

Yes, I did get it checked out and yes he did mention a dent but that he didn't think it was an issue. No biggy, just an inconvenience.
Thanks for the link but happy to wait a short while for something closer to come along.
cheers,
bj

G'day Bruce,
Yes, thanks for looking out for me.
Ian's set was local pickup only and, as I only wanted one, it was starting to get too expensive so I have ended up getting the dented one I have repaired at a total cost of about $150 delivered.
Cheers,
bj
