Buying a boot for 07 Liberty, as I have spoiler holes!

Postby Fourlex » Mon May 28, 2012 2:19 pm

Howdy, I'm currently in the market to buy a whole new boot for my 07 Liberty, haven't contacted many Wreckers but if you know anywhere that may have or someone perhaps would you mind getting back to me! I've looked around but why not ask here you may just know someone. (Colour is Navy Blue) but any colour as I'll have to get it sprayed is fine, cheers!

You might find if you're going to pay for a new boot, then have it painted anyway, it'll work out cheaper just to get your current one filled in and repainted?

But if you do find another boot and plan on getting rid of yours let me know as I'm after a little plastic piece from the boot :)

Yeah that's ideally what I want to do Daniel, but the thing is I'm worried the filling and spraying will be noticeable? what do you think... I'm only kinda new to Subaru's as I'm a younger driver but trying to finish my car off ASAP, yours looks awesome by the way, was just looking. Very envious, but I'll catch up to you soon enough ;)

It'll be way cheaper to get the current boot fixed and sprayed.

Done properly you wont even be able to pick it.

Haha cheers :) Find a crash repairer who comes recommended and there's no reason you'd ever notice it

or you could wait on the forums and look at wreckers until one comes up in the next 12-14 months like I did. :(
