i picked up a second hand 3r spec b, however, the original sat nav disc is missing. i'm pretty sure its the C1 version
i dont need it right now, but will when i disconnect the battery or reset the system, therefore i will eventually.
i have the updated disc, but that doesn't come with the original boot stuff.
therefore i'm looking to pick one up, either a original or a "back up copy" (or uploaded image) that works will be fine.
pm me and we can work something out.
recommending a good suby wrecker in melbourne would also be appreciated.

I'm in the exact same situation, cept I did an upgraded install but the unit I bought didnt come with a maps disc. None of the update discs work and need the original boot disc. So let me know what you find too cause I'm in the same boat.

Intriguing, did the error appear randomly or when trying out various "update" discs?

Having recently disconnected my battery, I now understand your request!
After battery disconnection, the OEM nav system requires the original map disc, once it's loaded and working, the update disc can be inserted loaded and used.
Happy to assist if req'd...
