WTB: HVAC controls from facelift GT

Hi all,

I've got an 05 GT with a bung stereo. I replaced the Mcintosh with one from the facelift model, but the HVAC controls don't seem to work (no lights, nothing). From the little info i've found, they should work in the earlier model. The wiring diagrams i've found seem to indicate that the wiring is similar, although according to the diagrams the facelift model has 4 wires in the HVAC plug, and the pre-facelift has 7.
I'm hoping to get my hands on a known working HVAC control unit from the facelift model, anyone got one or know where I can get one?
Or any other suggestions?
I don't really want to spend more $$$ upgrading to an aftermarket stereo, I just want to get things sorted so I can sell the car.
