WTB: 4Gen wagon, preferably 2.0t or 3.0 (WA)

I'm chasing a 4GEN will probably have to be an early one as price is an issue (under 20K) and either a GT or a 3.0. Manual would be my pref, but I think I could live with a semi auto;)
