I did the c racing kit in an afternoon.
Found it to be pretty simple.

Do you have any links to the c-racing front mount? and did you have to modify or buy anything else to make it suit/fit? or straight on no dramas.

Look at my thread I give a little explanation about the install and some pics. The pipes fit up perfectly but.... the front bar does not fit back on you need to chop bash grind and screw around to to get it back on. I got the bar back on but couldnt get the fog lights in. Then I got revzone to re fabricate the pipes off the cooler in order to get the fog ligh covers on and there still not a perfect fit. Go custom. Get it done right from the start.

True but then you have to account for a pain of installation. Plus I need to remove the front bar, and isn't that illegal?

Removing the front bar is not illegal - of course, you do put it back on.

What may be considered illegal is removing or modifying the crash bar (it's a crash energy absorber, basically) that sits under the front bar, between the front bar and the chassis. Some FMICs require some modification to this in order to fit.

Installation is fine with the right FMIC and a good installer with access to all the appropriate parts (silicon hoses, pipes, bends, etc).
