My budget is under around $13,000.
Car must also be in NSW.

why must it be in NSW....i got my last 2 cars from interstate without and problems

Id ust prefer it so i could go and have a look at it first etc with out to many hassels

You can find plenty of good cars, I got mine (sedan) for 11 grand with 75,500 on the clock. Basically stole it from him
