HiTech Quads or Phat Quads

Postby c.panousakis » Thu Sep 13, 2012 10:22 am

Hey Guys,

I've got an MY08 GTB Wagon in Manual, and i'm currently i'm running an AVO dump pipe, with a stock cat back system. I have a 3" centre pipe section to play with and has one (loud) resonator. I hate the tone of my car at the moment, far too quiet. I want a tasteful muffler (louder than the stock STI quads but quieter than lets say canons) to hook up to my 3" centre pipe when i put it back on, or possibly even to attach to my stock centre pipe to eliminate cabin drone.

So far from what i've researched, it seems HiTech quads are the most refined sounding and similar to what i'm after. Found this video that I really like the sound of: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8DScSlr ... ure=relmfu

But i've heard that Phat Quads aren't too over the top either?

If anybody has any Hi-Tech or Phat Quads for sale I would be very interested!

Also if you have any experience on the matter, I would love to hear your advice as i've never actually heard these systems in real life.

Cheers,

Chris

Looks great! My PM's are stuck in my outbox, so I thought i'd reach you on here. But i'll definitely take these off your hands for the discussed price, we'll sort postage and handling asap.

Cheers again! :D

As for message "stuck" in outbox, they don't leave the outbox until I log in and receive the message.
I will take some "off the car" photo later on.
