looking for liberty 2005- onwards manual

Postby joshm_101 » Sun Nov 27, 2011 6:29 pm

Hi everyone. Im from south of sydney and im looking for a 2005-onwards manual liberty for around 13.5 max. Is that possible? I want to lower it, put rims on it, exhaust and a turbo when i can afford to do so. I am prepared to pay more for the cars with some to all of these mods. Black and White are my most preferred colours

1) Have a look on carsales.com.au
2) Do you plan on A) buying a car with a factory turbo (i.e. GT) or B) do you plan on buying an N/A and fitting a turbo to that?

Nothing "wrong" with it, but it's insanely expensive to do and not worth the money.
You could just wait a while and spend the extra 3k and get an 04-05 GT instead. Rather than spend 7k getting a turbo put in later, that way your resale value isn't screwed.

Have you even looked in to how much it would cost to get a turbo put in? It's all well and good to say you wouldn't mind putting a turbo in, but in reality it's a pretty huge job and a waste of cash imo.
