3.0 Spec B

Postby jase_phase » Tue Jul 05, 2011 7:04 pm

Hi,

I recently joined this forum to research what I think will be my next car purchase.
It will only be my second car and quite a substantial upgrade from what I currently drive.
I just wanted to ask a few questions based on the 3.0R and 3.0R-B.
Firstly, what are general running costs like, and reliability?
Secondly, is there a substantial power difference between 3.0R and the 3.0R-B? or is it all
to do with the suspension set up?
Also, does the sedan MY07-MY09 shape have 60-40 split rear seats?
And finally, what should I pay for an MY06 with 60,000-100,000 k's on the clock?

I would sincerely love some feedback, as I have fallen for the 3.0 Liberty's and would love to own one by the end of the year!

Cheers,

Jase

power is the same between 3r & 3rspec b.

From memory differences are 3r gets 17" wheels, standard struts/shocks & 5speed auto only whereas the 3rspecb is available in 5speed auto, 6speed manual, 18" wheels and bilstein struts/shocks.

refer to redbook for full spec/features list and compare.
