I'm about to fit these on and just wanted someone to clarify the instructions please.

Phat said to push up and outwards 45deg whilst tightening the flange bolts.

Does this mean:

- Push the FLANGE on the passenger side muffler upwards and towards the passenger side of the car whilst tightening bolts.
- Push the FLANGE on the driver side muffler upwards and towards the driver side of the car whilst tightening the bolts.

The Result is that when cold, the both the passenger and driver side muffler tips will sit closer towards the CENTER of the car. When hot, they will move to become centered in the bumper cover cutouts.

tek did you (or anyone else) receive clarification on this question? I have a pair of stainless phat muffs begging to be attached to my car :-)
