Not that I'm aware of. Although there might be other brands that go lower, I probably wouldn't recommend going any lower without switching to coilovers. Too much trouble attached. But if you're picky about your ride height like me, I would really think about investing in coilovers. You can set it to whatever height you want, and still be able to raise or lower when the situation calls for it. Otherwise you find yourself going from brand to brand trying to find the ride height that you're happy with.

thanks for the advice arith, will be taking it and seeing if i could get some coilovers soon, also with these coilovers that you have up for grabs are they ready for the electronic height/damper device thing that sits in the dash.
cheers steve

Yes, Steve, the Tein Type Flex coilovers on offer are EDFC ready. :good:

from my understanding the edfc is just a motor on the damping adjuster knob (on each shock) that you would otherwise twist with your fingers.

Height adjustment is through a collar on the threaded body of the shock which is still manual. If you want remote ride height adjustment you'll probably need airbags

arrived and installed :D

I must admit that I was sceptical of getting springs only as I have always ended up pissing them off and installing coilovers BUT these teins are excellent. Top quality as you would expect from Tein. Installed sway bars at the same time and I am a happy camper. Yes they are a little more rigid and you can feel the car crab over low speed bumps instead of floating over but at any speed they feel great.

I'll let them settle and then wheel align.

Mind you the front lip with the Team Arai extension is now only 60mm away from the ground so steep drives are a definite no no. But hey it's rubber so it'll survive.

Top work Arith and Phat. Now all we need is the castor bushes for the front and she'll feel more like a go cart.

Any further development on springs to suit non Bilstein equipped Liberty's?

If purchasing the s.Tech springs from a Tein dealer would I have problems with fitting cause they aren't the 'phat special edition'?

It's not so much the fitment and they will install as normal. It's the front and rear ride height result.

OK - then I certainly dont want to get them put on if they have a height issue like you mentioned in your first post.

Is there another option as good as Tein S.Techs phat special ed's for the non Bilstein Libs?

An alternate is currently being researched by Phat at the moment.
