Nice driving :) I'm surprised you're allowed to overtake in corners. Nice off at the end, looks like it's a fairly safe track to have one at hehehe.

It was a good day out, the weather was kind and some good times were posted, it was also nice to meet up with Coyote (Tony) and do a couple of hot laps with him. It's a pity it's such a long drive to get out there. Good work Matty on organizing the day. :D

Howdy,

It was a top class day and very well run.

Great atmosphere and an excellent learning curve for knowing what your car will/wont do! Would highly recommend anyone who missed out to come along next time.

As for the results, from memory I think the Integra and the Civic times are mixed up?

Cheers

Top job Matt.

I'll be back next year with a tuned car, more brakes and better driving ... aiming to go under 1:10.

BIG RESPECT for the guy in the Mirage. That's what it's all about.

And well done Norm, fastest Lib while on death's door!

Matt,

Great day - Thanks for setting it up.

I know everybody there had a ball.

I hope that you guys didn't drink the pub out of vodka again...

Thanks for all the kind words guys :D Really means a lot to hear that everyone had a good time etc.

Big thanks must go to the following people:

Smythie (aka Tony)... Thank you once again for your marshalling expertise on Friday. The day would not have been the success it was without you :D... A few of us stopped by the Skylines Australia Day on Saturday, & compared to our day, it looked like it was run by amateurs!

Revenger (aka Gavin)... Thanks for looking after all the safety aspects of the day & for making sure everyone upheld the rules. I don't think there was one moment where any of us felt unsafe on the track :D

Roddez (aka Rod)... Thanks for organising the trophies. It was nice to get the majority of the group together & have a good laugh & reward those who really surprised us with their track performance.

Coyote (aka Tony)... Thanks for coming mate :D It was absolutely fantastic to meet you & your ride... Even after a 12 hour drive you still gave everyone a run for their money on the track! PS – Noozl liked the surprise you left for him :rofl:

Really looking forward to next years day & I can assure you it's already in the making!

A few highlights:

* A Lamborgini turning up.

* Hot laps in the Lamborgini.

* Running a 1:13 in WASABI v 2.0

* Shano's face when he got hot laps in a 911 Turbo & the Lamborgini

* The smile on Mario's face as he punted his little Mirage around the track

Obviously there were a heap more, but the rest will just get to stay with the attendee’s :D

Pork Crackling was put out of stock again... But sadly the drinking efforts were not as high as last year :( But we all still had a good night out :D

I'm sure a few photo's of Noozl with a sweet mother fucker will turn up somewhere ;)
