The Next Sydney Drive - Sunday Feb 22 - Updated 16/2

Postby Hobber » Sun Feb 22, 2009 8:50 pm

That wasn't dirt - that was potholes joined by some soil! I almost lost the car in one it was so deep!

Nah the Pub at the end in Hornsby... Everyone made it to Wolombi. Huge burgers there!

hahahaha just Spirited?......an under estimation i think Shano
u were carving up those corners...nice work btw mate

and thankz Roddez for organising the day
maybe next time not sooooooooooooo far
a Rexy isn't a Touring car by any means, we are good for short bursts lol
not all day runs, my legs started cramping up by the end

EskimO wrote:Nah Tony we all went thought it, Was Mick the last one down that dirt road? cause its a WRX so no need to be scared :P.

Was a good drive thanks Rod for organizing a great drive even i had fun ;)

no way i love doing a bit of bush bashing (that will change when i get it lowered).....was actually trying to get a bit of sideways action happening when the bumps started
unfortunatly i'm developing a bit of 'Dif' whine that i will have to get a look at before the next run

thankz again guys it was a blast :)

Disappointed I couldn't make it. I had some pyscho trying to get into my hotel room at 4:30 sunday morning claiming I'd abducted his kid.

Cops had to be called, but it took a while and I couldn't sleep after, so I was not in a state to go cruising.

sounds like it was a good day, would be great to see some pics.

lol yeah there was a second there i thought i wouldn't make it onto the Ferry.....but it was pretty cool
yeah the roads were nice, but a bit too tight for my liking......few on coming cars gave me a fright when they came tearing around a blind corner
