I'd go, but I'd probably get laughed at considering my car is pretty well dead stock. Just doesn't go like a stock one 8)

At the moment Alyce is more excited and eager to go than I am lol.. so yeah I'll prob be taking her along.. Where will we meet beforehand?

It is like 10-15 from my place, so if you're wanting to meet there we can, or at a maccas somewhere or something lol..

Night Shift Meet

Postby FLAWLS » Fri May 09, 2008 11:35 pm

Well after the missus conned me into takin the Lib down, I kinda wish that I hadnt bothered.

There was a decent variety of cars there, mostly ricer style Nissans and Hondas, a couple of old school Datto's and a Torana (drool). Apart from that, I expected there to be much better organising. And I didnt see a single "Model" there (considering this was what was advertised)

No Police headaches to speak of which surprised me. As MY07GT thought, I expected the constablery to be everywhere

But at least it was good to meet a couple of the guys on here and put some faces to the user names.

Thanks for the feedback NoOzL47 and Tom and hope to see you guys around sometime.

was good to see afew ppl,

but as flawls said.. it was abit of a letdown.. i did see the 'model' all over a 300C but she looked quite slutty... and im sure i missed the ignition people that were meant to be there.

Livo KKs was more lively hahaha

??? Are there any other type? :pardon: I'm not sure what you were expecting from scantily clad models posing in front cars. Perhaps the religious conservative business suit models were unable to attend due to the lateness of the event?

Yeah, it was a rather boring event. The company of the fellow Lib drivers was awesome, but the event itself was unorganised within 2 hours everyone has basically left P6.

But for any other stock (Or stock looking) drivers out there who were worried about going, there were a lot of very cars out there. Even one sad sack turned up in a stock Yaris... With Hubcaps!
