URGENT UPDATE:

Wakefield took a little while getting back to me with paperwork this year. As with last year, the contract states that if the track day is cancelled within 90 days of the event, full payment will be required regardless. As you can appreciate, I am just a member of this car club trying to do a favor for everyone and organise another fun and enjoyable track day; I do not want to be out of pocket $6-7k. So as per last year, I will require a payment of $250 each for at least 28 drivers BEFORE the 9th of May. I understand this is next Friday but I have only just been given the paperwork today. As with last year, any surplus due to increased amount of drivers can be refunded.

If you are 100% going, but will be delayed with the payment, please PM me and under extenuating circumstances I will allow you to pay me later with at least a deposit paid now.

Guys, I would appreciate your urgency in this matter, PM me to organise payment and please get in touch with your +1s, +2s etc. to ensure they can still come.

I'm going to have to pull out of this. Still unsure of what situation I'll be in with what car i have. So better to miss out than dick you around. I'll probably come and take photos and get some go pro footage again. Hopefully someone takes me for a happy lap. But not you Jerome.

Just a quick clarification: Are passengers required to pay the driver's fee as well or can they just tag along (satisfying other requirements such as helmet, license, etc) as long as they don't drive?

Passengers are allowed to tag along without paying a fee, the only people who need to pay are ones that drive on the day.

It is important to note, however, that you are not allowed passengers during timed sessions, you have to wait until we run untimed sessions in the middle of the day and right at the end of the day.
