i have no real preference other than a sunday.

Sunday works better for me too, would the cruise be to Wisemans pub all St Albans pub, heaps more parking at St Albans

ive been wanting to take the liberty for a run out to wisemans, so id be keen for this.

only real preference really is not next sunday, August im pretty free by the looks of it as well

Any sunday is pretty much good for me.

As discussed in another thread id be up for this. But to suit me needs to be November or December.

The sooner we cement a date I can request the day/ weekend from work.

In terms of a meeting point we can for a couple of things.
Novocastrians meet up at a Macas/BP somewhere. Head to wise mans
Have the sydney blokes and bloketes if any meet somewhere in syd.
With both cruise groups meeting in the middle.

Would take just about an hour from syd to WF. 2hrs 10 mins from Newcastle to WF

2 alternatives.
Have Sydneysiders head south to newy meeting up with all members at the BP on the end of the freeway. Then head north to wisemans.

Or exactly the opposite.
From Newcastle driving times would look like this.
2hrs.10mins to WF
1hour 20 to pennant hills road. Everyone heads home from there.
Newy blokes driving 1hr .35mins back to newy.

I'll jump on my computer and do up a possible cruise route.

But in the mean time how's this sound?

Um I think newy is north of Sydney and wisemans is west of newy.
But a good idea to all meet up before going to wisemans.

even though after going to wisemans ferry late one night and seeing a dead mofo on the road, i swore id never go back incase some 'i know what you did last summer' shit goes down.... id be up for this. my only preference would be if this was set in August and not this month as ill be too busy.

Departure: BP Berresfield. Facilities nearby, BP, Shell, hungry jacks, Maccas, subway.

To avoid as much highway driving as possible I thought we can take the scenic route Via belmont which doesnt much more time to the trip.
Head to Wisemans from there. About 2hours10 minute trip so should arrive about 12.

I have personally done this cruise a few times and we should have no dramas getting onto the ferry unless anyone is stupidly low. If i had any concerns it would be for the front lip when getting on the ferry.

In terms of parking at the pub, if we have less than 15 cars Wisemans pub should be fine. Anymore we should consider St. Albans Pub as it apparently has better parking facilities.

Sounds good mate. We will just have to lock the date in sometime.

Count me in.. would be nice to meet everyone..

Possibly a bit far away, people will forget and nothing will happen, but happy to do a cruise on the proposed date 11 November 2012 anyway hopefully will remember to organise it (it is also Remembrance day)

So a date a bit closer to present i propose the 26 August 2012 unless everyone is happy to just have the one on the 11 November 2012.
