To be honest since they've had new owners it's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes I get a really great cut of meat, other times it's got wayyyy too much fat on it

Oh bugger. Well, at least I can get some decent wagyu at ribs and rumps - pingho used to be better.

Where are you staying? I'd recommend 'The Winston Hotel' but it may be too far. I've had the Wagyu there once before, pretty good from memory.
