Hi Guys,

Seeing as there are more and more Newcastle/Hunter Valley/Central Coast members joining all the time maybe its time for a meet up.

At this stage im not setting any specific date for this, but i would usually prefer a Sunday or maybe a Mon, Tues or Fri night. but willing to go with the crowd.
I am pretty free after the weekend of the 24-25 March but still working away during the week.

As to location it sounds like the Newcastle Foreshore/Honeysuckle isnt a favoured destination so once again open to suggestions, but around the newcastle area are: Warners Bay Foreshore, Belmont Forshore, Beaumont st (Hamilton), Hunter Valley Wineries and im sure there could be some nice places at the Central Coast too but am unsure.

Hopefully we can organise something and get a good turnout aswell.

im not sure of where people have had meeting points for these before, but a location that me and some friends always use for meet ups if we are meeting of a night is the carpark out the front/below of Autobarn/the good guys at Warners Bay homemakers centre. no one there heaps of area to park and just chat.

as for days/dates Friday nights suit me best but im happy just to go with the flow of everyone

i agree lake side ish would be better to encourage more from the coast.

im coming from maitland if i go, and we need lighting. where else would be good. i also prefer sunday... assuming the f1 isnt on. i need a pre nap for that haha

car park i mentioned in my prev post has really good lighting. street lights in the top carpark and also the undercover carpark.

Hi all ill throw two dates out there for you to ponder.

Friday 13 April or Sunday 15 April.

time and place can be determined, dependant on numbers and time.

I'm free for both dates, so count me in!

Am thinking the sunday (15) and probably going to harrigans at the hunter valley gardens near cessnock.

might have a small cruise up as well maybe.

ill vote Sunday as well. Love the idea of the cruise to harrigans!

ill have less of a cruise to do. but we can pick a mid point to meet to follow for the hunter half.

Hey stew whats beresfield bp like for you hunter guys? Im not sure what way you would take to get to harrigans.
