Shame some of you guys are already dropping out :(

Was hoping that because we have so much time in regards to planning etc that it would make it easier.

brendans225 wrote:sorry matt, i am out too, i am likely to be going overseas at this stage to help my bro with organising his wedding in early Oct, just got the message from my mum.

i was looking forward to a track day too :(

Hope everyone has a great day, if i don't end up needing to go early, then i will come if places permit.

sorry for all my useless rant.

No problems mate... & it wasn't useless, you did bring up some valid points :)

The figures I have been quoting have been based on splitting the charges equally between everyone coming.

Technically, yes if you choose not to use the instructor, then I can recalculate the figures accordingly :)

To be honest guys, I've got everyone's best interest in mind. If people are very opposed to having an instructor or timing, I'm quite happy to scrap the idea & save everyone some money.

Hi Gents

Can't help but think a lot of the drop outs have been caused by me being insistent on having extras etc... I sincerely hope this isn't the case.

Updated costs based on 19 people currently interested:

Track hire / Fees = $232.00 + Wakefield License if one is not held ($50.00)

Timing (Optional) = $31.00

Instructor (Optional) = $29.00

Obviously will vary depending on the final numbers we have interested & what optional extras we choose to take advantage of.

In regards to the extras, if you are opposed to having them, please PM me or post in this thread. Although I think they are a great idea, if the majority does not want them, then we won’t get them… Simple as that really :)

Really need to start getting deposits from you guys as I need to pay Wakefield deposits etc – Bank details & other info has been added to the original post.

Cheers
Matt

Matt

instructor would be best to get an idea of the track, insider help with braking and turn in points will help for not only a great track session but also a safe one.
i think timig is required, it will give us an idea of how we going from lap to lap, as we will not be racing head to head, i don't think many people have the experience to that IMO .......of course

btw the less could work out for the best if you ask me....... i guess all these guys dropping out a going for a "Norm style holiday"...
