Top level of the multi story car park, it's not that steep and should get some good photos, there's also so good dark allies which are good for pics too

entrance is off glen st, eastwood to make sure youre on the top level
whenever ive been there at night carpark is pretty empty anyway
and checked street view rome, yes youll be fine scrape-wise
