i need to knowww... are we going toll or anythng lk that??? caue i dont have an etag and i hate stopping for toll then having to catch up unless we are all going thru toll thats ok.. otherwise id like to grab 1 off a friend... plz lemme know
i want fog lights lol

I just wanna get straight up there... but happy to follow the scenic route....I'll just trail along at the back....

Give me a day or two to think about it. The most obvious is the Old Road but it's not the best road to be having fun on a Sunday morning.

I know a couple of other ways up there but getting there in two hours from Thornleigh could be tough. Guess this means I need to work out where the end point is....

OK, here goes. This is the first option that springs to mind.

Google Maps Directions here

Have done this route a number of times on the bike (though always did the Old Road to Calga rather than the Freeway). It is a fairly direct route and I'd say would add 30-45 minutes to the journey providing no-one gets lost. Some good fun open stuff on Peats Ridge Rd and leading up to the right turn into Springs Rd at Kulnura.

Only negative for mine is that the road down into Yarramalong is pretty gnarly (tight, narrow, bumpy). It would be tough on brakes too I would imagine. That and the time frame we are working with

Comments?

I'll keep thinking about other routes too

you referring to me??....I've already informed chris that it will only be me coming up....food wise as long as food is supplied and cooked properly not fussed....drink....softdrink or water....don't wanna get done DUI before christmas

lol ...danny i was thinking the same when i fitted mine...... those match sticks have held up well for last 4 months....and trust me i have not been nice to them.

for the people that are meeting @ live in the morning i reckon we meet @ the hjz cabra instead (its right next to kkz) so we can wash cars if we like while waiting for every1 then once we are all ready we head out... my opinion lol..
