13 drivers so far & I'm sure we'll get a few more :)

As if stands, I would like to have some numbers confirmed by this Wednesday as I have previously stated. I will need to collect some funds to sort out the $500 deposit (As it stands about $40 - $38.46 to be exact). From there we can sort out all the other charges & of course any late comers that want to get on the band wagon for some track fun :D

The cost based on having 13 drivers only would be $339 per person + a Wakefield license if you don't already have one (Or a Cams LS2 license)... So the more people we have the cheaper it will be.

My feelings are that is we do get 20 cars or more ($550 fee will have to be added as we will need an ambulance) we should look at hiring a track marsh, just to keep things running smooth :)

I think we may have to hold a vote at a later stage in regards to having a time keeper &/or an instructor present on the day... Just costs more money :(

And since mine is a tourer (not a tracker :P ) if I am able to make it (weekdays could be hard for me depending on work) I'll be observing - possibly even trying to get you lot organised

Instructor? Any chance you can get the Stig along?

hey matt, in all honesty prolly no need for a track marshall - if we use common sense and talk about the rules beforehand we should be fine - our last track day was done the same way - we split people into groups, then each group would get about 15 mins each - wakefield let us borrow some flags last time too. Could even get one of the observers to wave people in when time is up :)

anyways, just my thought.

For anyone also not interested in tracking, just come along for the cruise. I had quite fun just cruising from Sydney to Wakefield the last time! :D

No problems mate :) It's amazing what can be done when you have some spare time... I guess I'd better enjoy it before I have kids :P

No worries then... If everything went nicely last time then we should be sweet :D If we have serveral spectators, then I'm sure we can stick them with a few duties ;) I just didn't want people who were driving to have to put themselves out & potencially miss out on driving time.

At the moment, it looks like will be needing to hire the ambulance for the day :P Looks like we might have 20 + cars :D
