Hi All
Sorry, haven't been on the forums much lately. Will update the attendee list shortly & will be shooting off my bank account details for the deposit payments - Remember, unless you've paid your deposit, your spot has not been secured.
No, you do not need a CAMS License for the day. BUT, you will need to purchase a Wakefield License (Which is now only available as a 1 year - $50.00 - AASA License). This is still the cheapest way to hit the track & works out to be good value if you intend to visit Wakefield multiple times during the year.
If you want a CAMS license (Generally $100 per year) you will need to join a CAMS affiliated car club. I would suggest JSCC as their membership fees are damn cheap (Approx $95 for 3 years, including one off admin fee) then you will be able to apply for yours CAMS license. IMHO, if you are intended to visit the track on a regular basis, attend motokahna events, hill climb events, super sprints etc then having your CAMS license will be a massive advantage.
