I would suggest paying a few days before as if it hasn't hit my account it won't count, so if everyone does what bates is doing and I don't have all the money in my account by the final day, the track day will be called off...Might seem extreme but I am not going to risk being liable for the full bill.

Rome is taking are massive risk for us, so make sure the funds arrive well before the cut-off date.

The last thing we want is a cancelled track day or seeing Rome selling his arse to Dr20t to recoup his losses.

Thanks for that Tony. Just reiterating for anyone that doesn't know, the reason for this is that in the contract which I have signed, it says that I will be liable for the full track day hire fee if the event is cancelled within 90 days of the event. Therefore, if we do not have drivers paid by 7th June, the track day will be cancelled. I have updated the original post to reflect this.

Also, make sure it goes into my Swiss account

so we have full use of the track ourselves the entire day but are there still "safety" restrictions in place?...
like say for example rolling drag races on the main straight a la russian highway style ??
i have a feeling this sort of supposed silliness wouldn't be allowed? ...

Actually, things like drag racing and stopping on the track to line up are mate, will get you killed off……… same goes to those power sliding….. and close door to door driving.

Really the only thing you control during the day is the releasing of cars from the pits, organising the groups and the length of each session.
