hey , just a hot tip - a restaraunt in Hamilton called the Bistro Tartine is to die for the Pork Belly dish , or the Steak and Chips with Hollandaise/bearnaise sauce !! OMFG wtf - delicious stuff around $30 mains but well worth the extra few bux !
