Hi all after quite a few discussions on Friday night at the cruise Im just throwing it out there , do we want to organise a dedicated day/evening for us to have a combined photo shoot of our cars?
I thought it would be a pretty cool idea for us all to meet up and take some awesome profile pics of our cars and also for us new budding photographers to learn share on the spot from each others hints and tips and secrets and get some other pictures taken from other peeps perspective of our cars! Im just throwing it out there guys so any idea's or scrap it ..... Cheers Sandy

Keen there's a thread on Perth WRX for photo locations for cars. So might give it a look and try get some good location ideas!

Defs in for this. Although I'm terrible at using a camera it would be nice to get a few of the pro's to get a couple of my car

Also keen might get someone else to drive my car this time as rolling shots are always fun lol. Maybe go in the day this time? or somewhere where the light isnt so confusing at least!

Best places I've noted to shoot at night are the underground carparks.

Day time is rough as unless you know exactly what and where you want to shoot your light will vary a fair bit pending time of day.

There's a few empty carparks around the Osborne park area that are fairly well suited during sunset and evening.

If anyone has decent experience at light painting that also works very well at night.

I've attempted a few times with some limited success

Also pends if people want some nice shots of there own car, or group shots or ideally somewhere we can move around and shoot everything?

SWEET pics as usual James, now keeping in mind that the next cruise is on the 2nd August would we like to do something in about 2-3 weeks time??? Night or day ??? and Location, Me personally I dont care but with the vintage of my car would like something like an industrial location and pics in black n white , Sunsets are pretty cool too but anyway Im easy but lets hope when ever we have it ,its not raining .
So maybe we list what we would like...
