now, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up (especially mine) but cams will ship tomorrow. A speedy delivery, the rest of the motor is built, some quick work on the heads, clutch, and I could potentially be there on the 2nd

put me down as a maybe =)

Why?
Sedan > Wagon, imo. But then again I've never really been a wagon (any car) fan

I know this may sound silly.. But is it possible to replace my EJ22 with an EJ25? Inc wiring loom, ECU etc. Just theories I wanna work out :)

And I read up on these forums that you need a tune after modifying your exhaust as it can run leaner? Can anyone confirm this? Because my car does run rather lean and I think I got low oil pressure due to an oil leak somewhere at the back of the engine. Ho-hum.

Pretty sure you can do it, just change the short motor, you will need a retune, or a piggy back EMS/new ECU....start a potential mods thread would be best.
Start saving for a Gen4 is my suggestion.

Lets keep this one on topic please.

Excellent.
Count me in, as this fits in with my roster nicely.
Cheers.

Hi All,

Idea for a Future Cruise.

Contacting PERTH - WRX Club and see if they would be interested in doing a Combined Cruise????

Appreciate everyone's thoughts?? This was recently done in the Hunter Valley NSW with an attendance of approx 80 vehicles.

Regards

John Mac

Could do Perth WRX/ Club Liberty/ OzFoz (small member base here so wouldn't add stacks of cars, but they do exist)
Now driving the mighty 86 :)
