So I've been thinking about leaving team white for a while now, anyone know of any good places in Perth for a total re-spray?

Yer after a more dedicated paint studio. I was thinking about WRC Blue but then id be just like every other wrx out there.....then I was thinking about purple, and as I already have Pearl paint and love it i was looking into blue/purple combos....maybe something like this. I also didnt mind that light purple on the silvia at the last JDM cruise, it was over the back near that coke brown lexus.

I think id get the paint from House of Kolor as they have a lot of options. Just doing some research at the moment as its a lot of money to spend, might end up doing a few more mods before getting this done but it is on the cards.

Don't do that purple. Haha, wrc blue would be insane cool never seen a lib with it but at the same time it's like Subaru did it from factory.

Have you thought about wrapping your car? A lot cheaper and then you can always go back to original color when you sell.

If it was me I'd get matte paint :)

Agreed that wrc blue would just be too "common", how about those colours that appear to be a different colour/shade when viewed at different angles?

Yer there are some awesome looking matte colour cars out there, its something that has to be done right tho or it looks shit.

House of colour even have UV reactive paint and also glow in the dark hahaha....so many options its near impossible to choose.

WRC Blue would probably be cheaper though as it is easily available.

Some more colours on libs....

Well the place that fixed my car that the insurance company chose claim to do professional custom paint work.
It's called Fletchers, in Malaga.
As much as they had returned my car with a big scratch in the sti lip, I could not fault their job on the actual painting. I've used a few panel beaters for various jobs on previous cars but Fletcher's was most certainly better than others I have used in the past. Despite their little "accident"
Black on Black..

They are at the better end for sure.
They did the whole new front on mine and it was excellent finish.

They are too busy though!

If you want awesome work I can suggest Cronic Custom in Wangara.
That is who I will be getting to sort my guards if needed.

Get you guards stretched before the respray, oh yeah, impressive big rubber stance could be yours!
Seriously, they have done scissor doors etc so seem to know their way around cars.

They have built some excellent, different cars.

I have been suggested to go and see these chaps:

http://www.lombardibros.com.au/

Apparently a contact of mines brother in law works there.

'Authorised repairers for Aston Martin, Jaguar, Mercedes & Volvo'

Plenty of Ferraris and Lambos go through there too....

I hope to get there next week.
