ok, I've just created a "WA cruisers" group.
You can join it by going to your UCP. This is a quick link to the correct page. ucp.php?i=167
You can view the current members of this group here: WA Cruisers
Once a few people have signed up, you can argue amongst yourselves who the organiser will be.
