Doh, ill be away, just when the weather has turned crap for the bike, and great for the lib and all too
But I can recommend a drive down to Jarrahdale from Nettleton Road, on South Western Hwy in Byford, theres a Caltex Servo on that corner, then make your way down Nettleton Rd to Jarrahdale, then head to Kingsbury Dr to head out past Serpentine Dam, keep going past the dam and Kingsbury rd comes back out on South Western Hwy for a cruise home. Its a great run on the bike as well.
We have another route further south in an out of Dwellingup too, but I think one of the bridges is going to be closed ofr maintenence for the next couple of months, so blocks off one of the best parts of the trip. But no, seriously, you wont regret doing Jarradale and Serpentine Dam run. It wouldnt even be a 200km round trip, actually quite a bit under. Can link up with a few other hills roads on the way out or back home, doing canning dam, and through the back of roleystone, out up through canning rd and linking up with welshpool rd, or continuing out to kalamunda etc.
I can get to Serpentine dam from my house in a central perth suburb in about 50 mins.
