Any time :) I've got some time off work to recover. Had some bad Chinese food, needed the stomach cleaned out and on some antibiotics to prevent anything else happening

From what I see I missed a really good day

No problem. :)
For those that didn't hear, Joe was pulled up in Diamond Creek at 7am, looking in his Melways for how to get to Healesville, when he saw me coming along the same road, and followed me the rest of the way there. :D
(I didn't recognise his car, but figured he must be "one of us" ;) )

Looks like a great time was had by all.

Did the snow bugger up the drive?? Looks like a few dirt roads needed to be taken.

Cheers

No, not at all. The only road that was actually covered in snow was closed, so we had to walk the last 200m up to the summit.

Just one. There was a 10km stretch in the road from Healesville directly to the summit. Once we got there, there was no easy alternative to avoid it, so we kept going.

The gravel bit was my mistake. I had checked out both ends of the road, the intersection with the Don Road and Mt DB road, all sealed. From the Warburton approach, I also checked and they are both sealed roads. My mistake was to not actually travel the full length as after about 1 k at each end, it all turns to gravel. Street view was no help either as I am sure that it shows good bitumen with a white line.

Nonetheless, I enjoyed my self as tail end charlie, leave a gap, then play catchup. And yes there were some real slippery corners but nothing unmanagable! :D
