OK, so very annoying morning today!!!!!

I was giving the car a wash for tomorrow. I notice the rear right tyre a bit flat. Inspect it closely and there is a nail in it!! :angry2: So i pumped it up and then ring around the tyre shops to see where is open (my normal place was closed) and I find one and drive down there to get the puncture repaired. The guy took the tyre off the rim and said the tyre is buggered and i'd need a new one. (Just bought a brand new set of KU36's :angry2: ) There was some wearing of the inside wall (where i must have driven on it a bit flat). Didn't look that bad IMO. Anyway so i've got my spare on until i can get my normal tyre place to have a look as I trust them more, i think this guy was just trying to sell me a new tyre!! :angry2:

So, for the cruise tomorrow i'll be driving on 1 odd rim! No pics of the right side of my car it will look odd! :P

Also, i thought i'd put my mobile up here in case someone is running late to the meet up point (or gets lost along the way). Write this down if you like, and if you are running a bit late give me a call: 0407 533 640

See you all tomorrow.
Cheers,
Andrew

So sad mate.

Well, it's also annoying since now it's shower and going to be rain in 1AM in the morning and I just washed+polish+waxing my car yesterday.

Oh well, my car will be dirty tomorrow. Need to wash in the morning very quickly...

See u all tomorrow

Yeah I spent arvo doing a full wash and seal, now it is raining a fair bit. Most of it should bead right off as long as it's not dirt rain  Might have to sneak in a $1 carlovers hosedown on the way to the meeting point tomorrow hehe.

Yeah, but most of the time it's a dirt rain in here. Just hate it.

Since I can't park my car in the garage, then I need to put it outside. Makes me feel terrible.

Well, just see tomorrow morning. I hope it will beads really well(since I just wax it). So I don't need to wash my car. LOL

Cheers

Well mine is filthy.
I've just been digging trenches all day up at Rob Roy, with shovels and buckets and tools in the back.
Didn't leave there till 7:30, dinner and a shower when I got home, and empty all the tools out of it.
I'll give the glass a quick wipe in the morning, and that willl have to do! ;)

Oh, forgot, Mark and I are heading up East Link tomorrow and heading off at Ringwood / Whitehorse Rd to Lilydale, albeit different times so keep an eye out for us... Anyone else heading up from the SE?

I'll be using whitehorse rd, since my home is in Balwyn-Whitehorse rd. LOL.

Maybe we meet somewhere.

And i hope everyone missed those cops on the way home through the spur!

Yeah, good day, for me at least.

My passenger (Max - father in law) was throwing all the way from the top of Reefton Spur into Marysville, ok to Buxton, then started again on the Black Spur. and again on Canterbury road!

Needless to say, we were almost idling past the cops and at the tail of the group, so I think no-one was pulled over from our group.

We need some photos up of the shots at the Dam.

I had a great day today! 8)

Thanks to all who also took part, you are all a great bunch of guys.
Special shout out to Andrew for organising the route and Mark for
giving me a lend of the CB - thanks guys.

It was my first serious twisties cruise since getting a reflash at HP-F.
I would definitely recommend it! The increase in responsiveness
really really makes a difference driving as we were doing today!

Have a great week fellas!
Cheers
Al
