Melbourne: What date do you want to meet for tshirts?

I'm getting a couple of samples express posted down tonight to show off tomorrow night, the rest will arrive here early next week.
So, what time would you like to get together to get them?
This coming weekend is out, the bulk of the shirts won't have arrived.
I'm tied up with an MG Club event all Sunday week (20th), and most of the 19th also.
Ideas?
