SubyClub XMAS BBQ Meet & Cruise (01/12)

Seeing as we're starting to get some new members and that we're from all over Melbourne and dont often get to see each other I think its time for a big proper meet up and to revive the Xmas BBQ and cruise.
Also its time to show the NSW crew we're coming for them . Would be good if someone with ozfoz and club liberty connections could extend the idea to them as well
Location: Yarra Bend Park (Green arrow) Plenty of parking there and its never as busy.
Time: 1/12/2013
BBQ Time: 11:00am - 2:30pm
Cruise Depart: 2:45pm
Details: Yarra Bend Park for a BBQ. After the BBQ we will be cruising down to Arthurs Seat Lookout
Cruise: BBQ Location to Arthurs Seat Lookout
Route: Monash FWY - Eastlink - Mornington Peninsula FWY - Arthurs Seat Rd.
OR: however you want to get to the meetup point if you dont like toll roads
If people dont wish to use the toll road we will meet up at the Petrol Station on Frankston-Dandenong Rd just off Peninsula Link (which is free)
A map of the meeting locations will be provided on the day as well as some contact numbers if you get really lost
BBQ Food: A $5 donation will get you sausages and hamburgers in bread as well as soft drink. Feel free to bring your own stuff as well
Note: If you have a walkie talkie/2 way radio bring it so we can communicate.
