You sure do. :D Picked up a fibreglass kit recently and see that Bunnings sell fly wire and other mesh that may be suitable for purpose.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

I had a few stuff ups along the way: its mostly done with just some sanding and the final coat of satin to go...

Was yours actually destroyed or just cracked in the middle? I'm thinking of just gluing/taping from the back

Mine's split in the middle - approx 60cm wide. But unchanged for 2 years.
