If you guys decide to extend the invitation to old people (I'm 31) and GTs I might be keen.

Only if you promise to display p plates and only beat us by a little bit so we don't feel so slow next to your GT.

I think you're asking the wrong forum if you want a decent turnout. You should try ozhonda and the 86 club. You'll get thousands

P Platers only seems a little bit selective....

Sounds like a box gap discussion meet to me....

This meet is still in its developing stages. If we can't get the numbers then we will consider open invitations. :)

I wouldn't mind opening it up to everyone, having mainly p platers or even half is different to being the only younger person at a meet.

i don't mind it either and ill admit, a whole pack of Pplaters cruising down the street in nice libs might be too tempting for cops

I think we can open it up,

However remember that we're all here to have a good time and talk about cars and take photos, not race and make the other feel inadequate because he cant get a GT on his P's

the whole idea of having a p plate cruise is to get the younger lib owners involved and have a good time.
Alot of us p platers have never been on a meet/cruise and i think having older gt owners might intimidate them, so we wanted to keep it age specific, by making it a p plater only event..

Lol, seriously  ? The last few asn. Meets I've been to have been great. No one is immature enough here to 'pick on' non turbo owners haha

I think you will it more enjoyable having a larger number of people roll up than just a couple p players taking photos. You have a post count of 6, how have you manage to form a negative opinion on people you have never met or really spoken to?

It wouldn't be as intimidating if you weren't the only one amongst the GT's. Also the few members I have met from here have been very approachable and always helpful. :good:

'might intimidate them'
i wouldn't call that a negative opinion,,

My post count is irrelevant as i'm just contributing to this proposed meet.
