Hello All,
Sorry to bring bad news but I don't think this is going to happen this year?
I myself is in doubt of attending as I may be working those weekends in December as it's the busiest time for me at work....
I'm hoping to start the new year with a dyno day? hopefully around JAN / FEB...

My mate Alec @ Gotitrex has a dyno we could use for a dyno day, located just off boundary rd in Sunshine.
Would you like me to speak with him? Ample parking and all that shizzle.
