Sorry for the strict conditions? They are specifying a minimum of $1500.00 for the day...I cant afford on maybe's / doubts or unknowns.....hope you guys understand? ...

VOLUNTEERS
I require some people to help on the day?

1/ Result display board if not one already at the dyno place?
2/ Photographers?
3/ Record / Video each car and the event if possible?
4/ NO show N shine as this went pear shaped last time.....
5/ Cooking BBQ / Drinks / Etc etc unless the place offers to do so...

NOTE: In regards to spots and nominating time slots - I can only do my best to organize it......but there will be variations...
If you have a particular time to jump on the dyno? please let me know once you place your interest? So I may come up with a timetable to spread out for the day...

DETAILS

0) Time: 10am
1) Minimum of $1500 for the day. (30 cars x $50) = $55.00 to cover for food and prizes
2) Has to be done on a Saturday
3) We have a BBQ and gas to lend. (Need help in preparing/serving)
4) Cars have to be of a decent height. 70mm minimum ground clearance please.
5) Need assistance in organizing the cars in sequence. (Just let me know who is next basically)
6) 3x dyno runs or until the car is of operating temps and settled in on dyno properly. ( Print out of result )
7) We don't have a results board I am sorry. >>>>>> Brainy will be providing a projector and laptop to display results

History and experience tells me it will be around the $50-$60 mark Ric?

The price usually includes:

1/ food and drink for the BBQ
2/ 3x runs on the dyno
3/ Print out of result
4/ Misc.

As always I'm happy to throw in prizes, snacks and extra drinks where possible

In regards to payment options? I've learnt and experienced that payment on the day is the best? and cash only please...
