maybe mix it up a little. That way it opens opportunities for other members to make it from other areas.

Aw right then. What about the Water Tunnel? Do they do breakfast at 8am? Can only see "pastries and focaccias" on the menu and the 4 minute car wash maybe too short for a 2 hour meet. Has anyone tried the cafe?

The problem is where else and who'll actually suggest a place, and start a thread etc.

I don't mind Trutrack. In the city it's almost a bit of a drive for everyone. Wouldn't mind having another brekky meet there

I was thinking about a Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) day at some point.

Will also be putting up the 14-04-2012 for another meet at Trutrack to gauge interest.

It is hard to know where the central point is as we don't really know where all the members actually live, so don't try too hard to please everyone, just post up and see who turns up.

I was also looking at the Clearwater Carwash Cafe 43 – 47 Nepean Highway, Corner Alexandra Avenue, Brighton. Lots of parking in that vicinity, and free.

I guess for a breakfast meet it is all about the food, not so much the car wash. Is pretty hard to go past Italian for breakfast! Lygon Street? Any recommendations?

Lygon would be convenient and have great food, but you can't look at the cars. Unless of course you go to the Garage Cafe in Berkley Street.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

The Garage Cafe in Berkeley St is not open for breakfast, so it would have to be a late afternoon or evening event at that venue. Lygon St will be problematic for parking. It is always crowded. But if someone knows of a good breaky place in Lygon or nearby...
