Any day preferred?

And no details on pricing as yet, though the going rate is between $50 and $70 these days.

I'll take that as a preference for 21-04-2012 at Springy Motors.

I'm hoping Mark will chime in offering to call Springy and work out numbers and costs.

So far 4 interested, and I think we need 20 paid up and definites to proceed going by the previous dyno day requirements.

Suggest a day that suits. Everything is up for negotiation at this stage.

I say lets go somewhere different like hallam.

We've never been there before, i hear parking is good and the guys there will im sure cater for us as they will want to promote their business.

I dunno if it's just me, but having already done a day at Springy makes it feel like just a repeat as opposed to a whole new different atmosphere and experience.

Anyone else think the same as me or am i just being stupid?

So, my two cents worth....

Has anyone checked out the Hallam place? We need to consider:

1. Parking - For both the dyno day duelers and sport car spectators! We had over 30 cars attend last time, 25 duelers and 5 spectator cars, about 36 people?.

2. Shelter - We had good weather last time, but if it is not so good, has the Hallam pace got access to undercover shelter for 40 odd people?

3. Lunch - What does Hallam offer for lunch? Springy does the Sausage Sizzle at $5 per snag & coke (making more from this than the dyno run!!!). Advance orders necessary to confirm numbers and we exceeded ours last time and ran out just when many were lining up for seconds. We can probably do better if we organise our own BBQ and people just bring along there own esky with what they want to eat/cook. Any closet chef's out there?

4. Proximity to the action - Springy has a great setup that facilitates seeing, hearing, smelling the dyno and watching the plots in realtime on the large screen TV.

If you post up the address, I can make enquiries as live close by. What dates are we targeting?
