[VIC] Christmas BBQ Meet

I think its unanimous, the Saturday 17th Dec at 10:30am for a BBQ on Yarra Boulevard as per the map.

Hands up who can help out with meats, drinks, BBQ utensils etc, plates, cups etc. might have to divvy it up or do a gold coin donation on the day?

So it's here? http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=-37.79 ... 6&t=m&z=17

Looks like there are some bbqs there next to the toilet block, but I bet they are popular at this time of the year. :)

I am in, but have another event in the afternoon/evening on Sat 17th, so an early bbq lunch sounds good. I like the gold coins option for attendees to pay, but we scale it on the day to ensure full coverage of all the costs so no member is out of pocket.

Sounds good lets make it 10:30am, by the time we setup and cook probably start to eat by 11am, finish up by 12:30-1pm. Perhaps setup a donation box.

I'll be in. The car will be back from its first set of mods and tune so should be fun. At last I'll have something to say perhaps.

Cheers,

Bruce

Marg and I will almost certainly be there.
It's nice to attend an event I'm not organising! ;)

I'll pop down for a bit and say g'day, but can't stay too long or i'll end up with a (another) list of ways to spend my non existant money.

Happy to be designated to bring something to help out.... Mark should be in charge of the beer not the paper plates

Count me in for this one!

I can bring some bread, ketchup, mustard etc.

Anyone keen for a mini eastern suburbs meet before we head out?
